Golden Harvest - Artist's Statement
Colorful painterly peach slice designed to display with a triptych, but gorgeous stand alone as well. This abstract painting from still life, represents the Lord's provision as described in Genesis chapter one, verse twenty nine and chapter eight, verse twenty two.
Then God said, 'Behold, I have given you every plant yielding seed that is on the surface of all the earth,
and every tree which has fruit yielding seed; it shall be food for you;'
(Genesis 1:29)
While the earth remains, Seedtime and harvest, And cold and heat,
And summer and winter, And day and night Shall not cease.
